How to Email a Transaction or Single Form

Step 1:

Open the transaction that you wish to email then click the EMAIL icon.

Step 2:

Enter the recipient's email address into the To and CC fields or add a previously saved contact from the Address Book by clicking on the Select Email from Address Book button. If you wish to email the transaction to multiple recipients use either a semicolon or comma to separate the addresses. Enter a subject for the email as well as any additional comments you wish to include.

Step 3:

Select the forms you wish to send then choose whether you would like the forms to be sent as one file or separate files for each particular form. After making your selections, click the Send button to send the email.
